| 676602 | 2008-06-09 03:51:00 | Looks real nice.. I like Sony stuff, I also like LCD over plasma, also uses less power. I have a 32' Philips and am happy with quality and the size. Read a report which said that 32" was the biggest seller by far. As has been mentioned, Freeview looks stunning on a LCD Tv. Especially the Terrestrial Zinwell with its HD. Ken |

I read a while back that some of the major manufacturers were steering away from Plasma, I guess that is why there are less Full HD capable Plasma TV's than LCD about. LCD's are supposed to last longer and Plasma's; "Plasma has a large potential drawback in the form of burn-in or permanent ghosting. If you leave the same image on the screen for too long (like that little logo stations like to keep in the lower right-hand corner), it can leave a permanent impression on your screen." |

| 676605 | 2008-06-09 04:10:00 | I can't really tell you why, but yeah, I think the same. Would never even consider Plasma. From what I've seen, LCD is better quality, and had advantages like lower power consumption, no screen burn and better HD capabilities. |
