I had the BB unpluged while trying out the dial up, as I said it worked once and once only have even uninstalled McAfee no difference |

It must bring up an error or something. Did the diagnostics test say it was OK. Or did that bring up some error? What ISP are they dialling into?? |

Got called away last night, have contacted the owner so I can check the account details and will be back on to it tonight. I want to check the account details as its dialling out fine just not connecting |

Update,
Changed to a DSE modem, plugged it in Vista installed drivers for it and away it went connected everytime |
