| 808053 | 2009-09-08 12:20:00 | I have Outlook 2003 under contacts i have set up several categories, i now want to be able to sort them by categories, is that possible? I have them grouped by categories but that doesnt allow me to email them in one go. :thanks Wayne |

| 808054 | 2009-09-08 14:06:00 | If you have the advanced toolbar turned on, change the drop-down list from "Address Cards" to "By category" If you don;t want the advanced toolbar, go to View > Arrange By > Current View > By Category If you want to e-mail them all in one go, another tip is highlight the contact(s) you want to e-mail, then click and drag on top of the "mail" shortcut on the left hand side. It will automatically open a new mail window addressed to them. If you're gonna e-mail the same group regularly, you'd be better off setting up a distribution list witha ll their names in... |
