678536 2008-06-15 01:11:00 I finally got my adsl connection at my mum's place via TelstraClear connected.

I have to say it was a pretty painless process, with only a few hiccups. Their helpdesk guy was efficient when I needed to speak to them. The speeds up and down are good; +/- 4 - 6Mb/s down and 400 - 600 Kb/s up. Not bad.

678537 2008-06-15 01:30:00 Nice.

I use their cable service, the 10gb plan. Can't recall what speeds I get, but fast enough for me.

678540 2008-06-15 06:00:00 Thanks guys.

But now here's a weird thing... I've retained my mum's dial-up service for when I leave here. But now every single time I load a new web page the prompt for her dial-up connection pops up. I'm confused.
