| 677795 | 2008-06-12 10:03:00 | The [edited: URL to website selling this removed] 80gb has suddenly become unreconisable, on the computer, also will not play. MP3 only on it. The pod shows up on My Computor as "F" and show the folders, when the folder is clicked it says I/O Device error. When trying to access thru Itunes or Musicmatch it comes as as not accessible. Connected thru USB2 on a XP SP2 COMPUTOR AMD 2600 512 ram. USB is working and as said above shows the floders but connot access them. Have reinstalled the disk but do not want to reinstall update as it will wipe some 4000 songs my son has on it. Any ideas or does he go back to an empty disk and try again |

Or does it bring up an icon like a service / sad face icon? Was enable disk mode enabled in Itunes? Try pressing menu and the middle button for a few secs, to reset it. See what happens |
