Note that "free" very often will come with no Customer support. Sorry if I offended you and some people do not need support. |

Comodo have a lot of free products and their support forum is very good! I'm sure openoffice has a good forum too In fact I would be inclined to say the opposite, free products probably have better support in their own community than many of the big corporations, from which paid products have useless or nonexistant support - because they don't care and would rather tell you to buy new product v10 to make more sales |
