and that exactly why I think vodafone should post the price ASAP.
we should be told price of handset and price of plans and such like.

keeping us in the dark can help sales.....
the longer they take to give us a real price the more I assume we are going to be sharfted.

Who said I use VLC to manage music?

You asked how I "do" music

WMP- Manage music and play most of it

VLC- To play files that WMP cant handle or when WMP is being used for something else. Thats it.

lets hope so......
as I say, they should have and could have announced by end of tuseday.....
its not a big ask that a company tell customers what's going on....

That isn't any better or less complicated than doing it in iTunes.

I think they'll announce soon. Especially since the official sale date has been announced which means that Apple's NDA is over so Vodafone has nothing to gain from keeping secrets since you can't exactly compare iPhone deals to iPhone deals with other suppliers like you can in a few other countries.

Corporate red tape. Boxes needing to be ticked. Butt's needing to be covered. Ducks needing to be go in a row. That kind of thing.

Hey, we waited 7 years for Vista. That puts it in perspective.

(... not that I'm actually using Vista .... )

I'm liking that answer Bruce ;)  Of course nothing was stopping Vodafone corporate from having everything "ready to roll" pending the announcement which was pretty much a given anyway. Most of the European carriers have got their plans out there and they are all releasing on the 11th.
