679397 2008-06-17 16:22:00 Hmmmm...getting error notes:

We can't connect to the MySQL database server. This could mean your hosting provider's database server is down.

The MySQL error was: Too many connections.

Currently, the username is sfx_v2 and the database server is 10.2.70.80.

Anyone read Chinese error messages?

One nice thing is the delay in asking if you want FF to remember the password until you actually get to the page you wanted. Since I got the pre-release version on just one of my puters, I see what doesn't work and what works well.

In the past, if you put in the wrong password and FF then remembered it, it was stuck in the list and you had to manually extract it. This is so-o-o-o much better now with FF-3

{how many words was that?}

679399 2008-06-17 16:25:00 We're all getting those messages SJ. You're going to have to download straight off MZ's FTP servers or a mirror if that site doesn't come back up. beeswax34 (63)
679400 2008-06-17 16:45:00 Verizon just informed me that requests to Firefox servers will be denied for the next 24 hours.

.,,,,.something about needing to confiscate all the servers in NZ for the extreme load and then some twit in NZ said "NO" (Metla???)..so we are waiting for youse guys to relinquish all of your bandwidth so we can get our new FF3 version. :D

. . . so many people tried to access the site that the servers appeared to crash . Attempts to reach the site for the latest version of Firefox were unsuccessful at least 20 minutes after the 1 p . m . 679405 2008-06-17 21:31:00 Meh, the spreadfirefox site was down for me, so got it (pretty quickly) from Mozilla.com.

Then again, I use SeaMonkey, so I don't know why I bothered.. hehe
