Cheers Will be definately looking at couple things for starters 1.How to improve our website, navigation specifically - I'm very used to the site, so easy to miss...I do see your points tho. Especially the amount of clicks required to the get the information you require. 2.More resource into our online help, reducing the turn around time and ensuring accurate, helpful answers Metla, check the ISP discussion www.gpforums.co.nz |

| 678839 | 2008-06-18 21:57:00 | Well, ScottH, one thing seems apparent - you may have to kick the "Help desk" zombies to ensure that you are advised of the feelings out there. Still, since that department doesn't seem to give out anything useful beyond the superficial; you may have quite a task in front of you. I for one could not recommend your service to novice users with the current level of support. (Alas, saying it is no worse than Telecom is akin to saying that drowning is better than suffocation.) |
