If only they answered their phones in a timely manner, read and answered emails, kept the speeds they advertise and kept in touch when there were problems, they would have had happier people. Instead they pretty much did the opposite. Somehow I find the website really hard to navigate.Information doesn't stand out.Lots of clicks needed and a little bit confused Do the Databanking and free off peak apply to naked dsl? Naked DSL has a page of its own Broadband has a page of its own with data banking and free off peak data. Slightly lost browsing thru their site. |

Your plans are very innovative and I like the data bank idea, but it wouldn't make me join Slingshot. I joined for 3 weeks last year and had nothing but connection problems so I won't go back. | 678823 | 2008-06-17 04:50:00 | Guys, do slingshot, xnet etc carry unused data over? I’m with Kinect and they carry any unused data over to the next billing period. I’ve just returned from 3 weeks in Aus. so used very little of my cap which means I’ve got more this month and if I don’t use it, it will be tacked onto next month. With Kinect you pay for it and you’re allowed to use it. My understanding is that most ISP’s confiscate unused data. I see it as a big plus, not to mention I’ve had excellent speeds and no Spam. |
