There's supposed to be a giant floating rubbish pile somewhere in the pacific. And then I guess there's a prevailing current moving towards the arctic, and past BC. So the feet could have come from almost anywhere. |

| 679515 | 2008-06-19 01:43:00 | Probably some aliens dropping feet all over the place just to have a bit of fun. Aliens, as everybody know, have the ability to grow new feet every six months, and if you give them a scare it will fall off (just like some lizards). And then they say there are no aliens. Hmmmmpfff sarel Don't be silly! Aliens DON'T wear Adidas or Reeboks. |

To solve the "male-v-female" part, I suggest they check out the toes for Hazel Bishop #33 "Flaming Red" nail polish. No..I take that back...it might be male feet from San Francisco. |

| 679519 | 2008-06-20 04:14:00 | And an interesting overview here; news.bbc.co.uk "Mr Ebbesmeyer was quoted in the Vancouver Sun as saying that when bodies decompose, they break into 10 pieces, two arms, two legs, two feet, two hands, the head and the torso. This raises questions as to what has happened to the rest of the bodies. Experts say that it's all to do with the running shoes. These would have helped keep the decomposing feet intact, and protect them from fish. The soles would also have helped them float, allowing them to be easily swept away from the body. " - BBC |
