| 679078 | 2008-06-17 01:48:00 | The key here is that a digital connection is the same regardless of the cable quality. If it has a fault then sure it requires a replacement but there is physically no difference between a $15 HDMI cable and a $200 Monster cable. If we were in the analog days with RCA's then it would be a different matter as the better quality the cable the better video/audio you get (aka less interference). Something to look out for though is once you start going over 5 meters on a digital connection it will require a more expensive cable. |
