Nomads wander as they will but never in my wanderings have I found a place that will give you all the scenery we have in the one country and also within such a small place. 680595	2008-06-21 21:03:00	You need to remember that when averages like that are done, they don't represent the average speed that everyone in the country accesses the internet. They represent the average speed of those that have the internet. If you are talking about a poor country, chances are the only people that have the internet (the majority of those taking the speed test) all wealthy and live in clusters together, so the average speed in those clusters is obviously going to look good. It doesn't mean that Romania has a nationwide network that can provide an average speed of 13,213kbps...	maccrazy (6741)
680596	2008-06-22 03:03:00	Yawn Yea these rankings are garbage, they also fail to take into account Data Caps and there cost, no point having a 100MB connection if you have a 200MB data cap and an extra Gig costs $100 lol. Anyway I still blame the Auckland Councils for this freaken mess, not allowing Saturn Fibre/Coax hybrid cables on already ugly power poles in the late 90's killing the project for the entire country. NZ still has a soul, unlike our closest neighbor and many other countries so you can **** (Stop talking foolish utterings) . See the world before you bag NZ, and if you want to leave be our guest .
