| 810713 | 2009-09-15 22:58:00 | Hi All. We have the above printer which stopped working because of a "Service Required error". I googled for an Ink Resetter & that is sorted. Down below the ink tank slider are two pads, Iassume these are the ink pads that need replacing. can I just take them out, wash them & put them back? 2nd question. In the top, inside the printer is an orangae receptacle with two divisions/tanks. It fits on the back of the takk slider mechanism. when clipped there it will stop the travel of the ink carriage. What is it for? Please. PJ |
