| 681729 | 2008-06-24 02:13:00 | PWC sponsor an internship I'm part of, we went for a lesson on tax in their building and the view there is something else! I spent half the time looking at devonport and the marina, and all the islands. Amazing. The lifts there are weird too... feels really futuretastic. Yay for Wellington being nice today! Was supposed to hail and thunder. I'm almost disappointed. OT: AMP Centre have the same type of lifts: you punch the floor you want to go to into a console and the display tells you which lift to go to. No controls in the lift apart from Open Door and Close Door. They're supposed to be more efficient, but I find I seem to wait far longer than before they were 'upgraded'. Probably more efficient from the lift's point of view.... :groan: |
