| 681534 | 2008-06-27 06:48:00 | No Carlin did not say that, I was trying to be sarcastic and point out that you guys not knowing such a cutting edge person from the recent past probably was one of the reasons why idiots like GW Bush and Reagan are still getting into power for example, History repeating in that, the same old stereotypical power hungry idiots always seem to fool every generation and wars just continue to happen for the same old reasons. Comedians are a way of showing them up, but if you are not paying attention or just too young then I guess it won't do any good. Ah well 'big wheel keep on turning', Tempus fugit and all that, in the end what difference does it really make, carry on as usual. |
