Was in last issues PCWorld too. Nothing fancy, just a few themes and utilities..

But an OS is not just about its interface, its much much more!

Yes Ultimate is nice. Remember that W7 and Vista are the same underlying engine, it is mainly that W7 has fixed the annoyances, and improved some of the performance issues. If they hadn't altered the interface of W7, to look different from vista, it would almost almost be a service pack Windows 7 is actually windows 6.x anyway.
