| 810534 | 2009-09-15 09:48:00 | My PC stuffs up when it goes into sleep mode.. it won't turn on and the only solution is to reset the CMOS. I had to switch to a high performance power plan otherwise it will go to sleep when its on idle. On the BIOS the drive (Seagate sata II) is set as the 2nd boot device and my other (Samsung sata I) is set as the first. I have Win7 installed on my Seagate and XP on my Samsung. (if i set my Seagate to the first boot device a msg will appear saying "please insert a boot device in bios..... and restart"). I have tried REformatting the drive Switching the sata slots Reinstalling the OS please help |
