812531 2009-09-21 12:00:00 Hi, I initially bought a $30-40 one but they ran out, so either I pay more, it seems the cheapest is $70 from Ascent . Or else I get a refund .

I see the USB are cheaper but then again I prefer eSATA, I bought my motherboard specifically for that . Thanks .

HDD is a 500GB Seagate SATA-II .

Thanks .

Bought one myself, silen(fanless) and supports both IDE and SATA too.

812533 2009-09-21 12:40:00 But then again I don't wanna spend that much, they $70-80? I just use the external HDD for backup periodically, most time it is unplugged. I have 2 HDD in the compute already as well as a 2.5" external HDD via USB. Nomad (952)

812537 2009-09-22 09:47:00 I asked for the cheapest one cos they emailed me saying the $30 one I bought and paid for was out of stock who is not getting anymore in. That's what they told me with a reference to a link to their webpage. Nomad (952)
