| 812245 | 2009-09-20 23:17:00 | Vista very possibly infected computer wouldn't boot BSOD - error missing User32.dll copied User32.dll to C:\windows\system32 computer booted - almost as if 1st time booted. none of the users documents were in My Documents searched for them and found them in c:\ERDUNDOCache directory is there anyway to return the computer so that it boots to their standard desktop & documents are in My Documents.... or do I need to copy their documents over to the new My Documents |
