812140 2009-09-20 08:18:00 Hi there

Im familiar using Forms in MS Frontpage, getting the data stored as a .csv file in the Private Folder and sending to an email address each individual entry.

The next step Id like to learn, is to have another webpage take selected fields from the .csv file and present them automatically.

Particularly, Id like to have entrants in an Adventure Race, once they have entered their details and pressed Submit, have selected fields - Riding Class, Name, Surname and Town, displayed on a webpage showing who has entered to date.

But, Im stuck going to that level and dont know where to turn.

Thanks

John in Mosgiel.

812141 2009-09-21 06:57:00 I built my first site with Front Page, and used forms, and learnt from online tutorials such as msdn (msdn.microsoft.com(office.10).aspx). I found customizing forms a bit tedious, but unsure if you can easily link to another FP site to display form submissions/results. But you should be able to get results/details emailed to you direct from the forms, as what I used to do.

Maybe the later versions (e.g. Expression Web) can allow better and easier integration/merging between FP sites.
