Now mentioned --- My neighbor who has a rootie, was outside this morning gardening when he saw the horrid neighbors bash on the fence to get my dogs barking There's your proof - I suggest you do what SolMiester suggests - it sounds like the neighbors are the one causing the dogs to bark. (most of the time) landlord threading to have his tennett evicted on the ground of........ the words are HARRASMENT of your children and dogs, then laying complaints. Dogs the council may not to much notice of, but harassing children - different matter. |

| 683688 | 2008-07-11 06:45:00 | Ok have talked to the other dog man, he wants a letter . the neighbour is away so got to watch for him to come home for a letter . ist dog man didnt beleive me, 2nd one did . ( i pursevered . ) i have also talked to the police, as the neighbour waited for me on the footpath when we got home, she demanded i ask for help, she thinks i need the help of her partner and brother . . . . . . . i didnt know who she was, felt very uncomfortable, and left her out there alone . Police will come out if i have any more probs, but they did say any form of harrassment to me, the kids or my property and they will be here . I have also talked to a lawyer, and the abuse thing has to be proven, and what ever they have said to me, the kids needs to be written down completely and ecastly as to what they said . How am i the victom? i am living my life as normal as i can . i make noise, i go out and hammer and saw and make noise, the kids make noise, we come we go, i get on with my chores, my work and my homework . i am trying to make this place dog safe, and more user friendly i was doing that before they even moved in . . . . . . . . . . . . . the neighbours all know what i am going through, i have not backed down and the dog man is probably sick of me saying they are harrassing me . I even got one of them in trouble because he never came back when he said, and i sent a email saying what was agreed, what i had done, and that he hadnt turned up . i email any new info to the dog people . and if you actually knew me . . . . . . . . . . . the victom idea is a bit of a laugh . . . . how many people do you know that are females, that can hang a gate, or make fences, or dig a trench . i am a qualified gardener as well as a qualified teacher who sucks at spelling, i was raised on a farm, and can drive tractors and most other farm machinery . so im not quite strong enuf yet to take on these strangers but i aint backing down . i will give anything a go, and even if ive never done it before ill read the instructions and make it . sigh . i will not let them beat me .
