yeah, I'd think the same lol. Since when are you teasing someone else, driving around in a car called "TOSPOT" ? I'd be ashamed to be driving around in a car with number plates like that, since it's more like you are describing yourself/your car than someone else, but no matter what, there is always room for other random people to be offended and lodge their stupid complaints for no reason.

i always wonder at (racing) boy racers with personalised plates - why would they want to make their plate more memorable? making yourself identifiable is really the last thing you want to be doing if you plan on law breaking
