| 683187 | 2008-06-28 03:32:00 | I'm looking at joining a gym in the Wellington region, I know nothing about this kinda stuff, what I do know is: * I'm more interested in losing a bit of weight (10kg or so) than getting buff * 1yr contracts are undesirable Any reccomendations as to which gym, or specific program? |

Les Mills and Bodyworks are the places to go to be seen......I went to CityFitness last year, but they're only in the Northern suburbs. If you're central, maybe have a look at the place at Freyberg Pool. As for specific programmes, you can ask 100 personal trainers and get a 100 different solutions. As long as your moving, your exercising. Pretty straight-forward really. |

That way you can buy it off them and get a weekly rate from several years ago (of course, if they still have a year of the contract to run, you are now bound to fulfill the obligation and also have to pay a transfer fee). I wish I had done that when I joined. :) | maccrazy (6741) | ||
