| 1443913 | 2017-12-21 20:33:00 | Has anyone ever received good or outstanding service from this company? My parcel was picked up in Auckland last Friday at 1650. It arrived at the Wellington depot on Wednesday at 0406 and was sent out for delivery at 0726. As at 0930 today (Friday) it has still not arrived. This would have to be the slackest delivery company in New Zealand - their online reviews (www.google.co.nz :0x43f495f6b0addaaf,1,,,&rldoc=1) are appalling :( |

Have you tried their online tracker to see where its meant to be ? http://fasttracker-nz.tollgroup.com/ OR call them and rip someone a new you know what ;) Several times had Fastway not deliver, wasn't till I rang them they said its in the depo, waiting to be picked up as no ones home (bullsh*t) would have been nice to be informed of this, no card nuttin!! |

Its common for the last week or so before xmas to have delays with courier deliveries . Been like that for years . XMAS sees courier companies with considerably more deliveries (so delays) , and they have to cope with nightmare xmas traffic from last year , just to show how it is :) www.stuff.co.nz Im waiting on 2 parcels with 2 different courier companies. I doubt I'll get them before XMAS hols start. |

| 1443916 | 2017-12-22 00:50:00 | Their online tacking system is a joke - just like their Customer Services staff. I'm told that if it doesn't get delivered on the day stated, it gets taken off the truck and sits God knows where for how long. To say that I am pissed-off is an understatement :( |

| 1443917 | 2017-12-22 04:26:00 | UPDATE Went down to Toll's Depot this afternoon to collect my consignment. Collected 2 cartons but upon getting home, realised they were both labelled 1/2 :( Seems I got half of another customer's oder. Back down to Toll only to find out that they could not locate carton 2/2. Maybe they will locate it and deliver to me tomorrow. Maybe 2019 :( I'm rating Toll -5 stars!!! |

Same thing has happened with SWMBO, there was part of a Xmas Present not turned up ( today was the last day-Saturday delivery). Thankfully what she got wasn't the only thing for the person. BUT she is still rather annoyed :annoyed: |

| 1443921 | 2017-12-25 20:47:00 | Farnell\element14 uses Toll. I have always had the order delivered on time, no damage, no problems. RS-Components, on the other hand, use NZ Couriers, which I found to be much worse, even compared to Fastway who are reliable, although pathetically slow. Unexplained delays and damage on two occasions (the only courier company to actually manage that more than once), as well as a driver who lied about delivery (the parcel turned up 1 YEAR later - I am not joking!) |
