I recently purchased a gaming laptop, not even a week. Everything ran fine, games were smooth and all. Until I decided to update my laptop to the latest update. Things got sketchy, and I don’t know if it’s the laptop or the update. Usually my games would run at 100+ frames, and every once a while it drops to 60 frames and the fan doesn’t spin as usually when this happens. I decided to download the Dell System Detect and see if my laptop had any problems. The scan was very long so I canceled it and deleted it. Now when I click on Google Chrome icon it has a little delay before it actually pops up, and same for when I go to settings and click System. These are the only that I’ve experienced, for now. If the solution can’t be solved then I’ll go to the computer store where I bought the laptop and ask for assistance. Thanks for your help. |
