| 1442221 | 2017-11-20 05:02:00 | Just updated to this new version of Firefox ver 57.0. Quite different from previous version. I used to have Flashgot add-on installed and found it very handy to download Youtube video clips; it's now missing - not compatible with the new version. Installed the replacement - Bulk Media Downloader but no way I could figure out how to use it. Anyone here have installed the new Ffox and the Flashgot replacement- Bulk Media Downloader? Cheers |

| 1442223 | 2017-11-20 05:46:00 | For Youtube only try Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express v10.5 https://www.yourvideofile.org/ It put a green 'Download As' icon beneath the Youtube screen, and you can select the quality of download. Edit: V10.5 is for the new Youtube layout, if your are using the old layout then use version 9.14 |

I read somewhere that to go back to the previous version then version 57 has to be completely uninstalled, then install the old version and make sure auto update is turned off. Probably better to stay with 57 and find work arounds to replace the addons that no longer work. As time goes by, most likely there will be new addons coming along |

All my addons were fine, and my appearance theme. All I see is it is square looking, not thrilled about that but not horrified either. Speed? Zero difference at all, tried various sites..... So a big let down here really....nothing much happened. |
