1443685 2017-12-31 02:02:00 Hmmm....an Office Suite that will let me do duplex then?
I have made it work, via Boomaga and manual duplex, but it's a wee annoyance.

An equivalent to Pretty Good SOlitaire? Saw some offerings for Linux, ut they don't come close.

I thought Libreoffice would let you print Duplex but have I got the question wrong??????

Have you tried kpat from your Synaptic Packet Manager for your preferred version of Solitaire? There is a dozen different versions there for you to play with. :D

Libre:
In theory.
But no....

pysolfc: nah doesn't have the ability to create a playlist like PGS.

Er....kpat, Synaptic Packet Manager? What?

I'll have a go with Wine...if not, well bugger it, like I said, wasn't massively importnat.

I only play it when waiting for something anyway....backups, scans etc.

1443687 2017-12-31 04:15:00 As for our disagreement, I regret the whole thing, this sort of stuff does not sit well with me.
You have one opinion I have another.
Let's just bury the hatchet, and both move on? TOTALLY agree - Lifes to short to squabble over minor things.

Just FYI-- I do use both Linux and Windows. Both have advantages and both have disadvantages.

If you think about it, its funny how things move on from one type of errrrrrrrr Not to sure what to call it ( subject maybe ?) , but Remember the old Holden Verse Ford disagreements some car people had :D

Ok, Libre does do what you want, it seems just not in your case.

Those who know a lot more than me about these things may be able to help you on this one because for me to would be the blind leading the blind. :D

Next, "Synaptic Package Manager": Are you familiar with that for a start? I believe it is arguably the most important part of Mint and should be the first point of call for installing additional programmes.

It can be found in Menu/Administration and shows what programmes are available through its repositories, whether they suit your version, what are already installed and their version, the list goes on.

Once you've got your head around that just search for kpat and install it. Then you'll find it in Games and away you go. Don't want it, go back to Synaptic and uninstall it.

You don't need a third party programme like Revo to get rid of all of it either. :)

Good luck.

Yes, I was firmly in the Ford camp then, but now I drive a Japanese car.
Best change I ever made.
