1443847 2017-12-20 23:02:00 Spark are fine. The only reason they've had a bad rap is customer service, which is difficult for any big company to consistently get right. There would be just as many bad experiences percentage wise as a lot of the other larger providers, it's a case of them having a lot more clients than most, so naturally there are going to be more issues too.

I generally find them much, much better to deal with than Vodafone whenever I have to, but a lot of it can depend on who answers your call. That is the same with most larger providers.

They seem to be unpopular on forums due to slow evening speeds a year or so ago. We have had no issues since they sorted that out. Consistent 105/21Mbs any time of day or night.
