1443420 2017-12-15 22:22:00 Did you boot from dvd or flash drive. Delete all partitions then install windows? Not install windows in windows?

What reset? There's no point in resetting the hdd/windows. Because a format will delete / remove everything on it

Yes I did a recovery and deleted al files and booted up the pc with a boot disc for windows. With just my ssd.

1443421 2017-12-15 22:30:00 You could have very low upload speed, you really should be discussing it with the ISP. They may say its congestion (not likely), if they do profiles, see if they can reset it.

Should try other speed test sites too, and check settings of the devices between your computer and the internet. Also try uploading a quite large file somewhere to see if the upload is slow.

I am the ISP I installed my service. I know what it is and how it works on WiFi my phone gets 350 download and upload and my other Pc gets upload and download fine on the same jack with the same cable it’s not the I ternet

1443422 2017-12-15 22:47:00 Possible its a simple corrupted network stack.

Try this -- In the search ( next to the start button) type in Network Reset

Select it from the results, in the window that opens click on the button "reset now"

Assuming you have installed the Drivers that came with the motherboard it will pick them up or use the default MS ones ( which are'nt all ways the best)

This will totally remove the network stack / settings, when it reboots it will reinstall it ( may take a few minutes), you'll get a message pop out from the right hand side ( or should) asking about sharing, up to you if you want the LAN to be discoverable.

I am the ISP I installed my service. What exactly do you mean by that ?? Your Own ISP ?? unless you are Spark, Vodafone, or one of the other main ISP's OR have your own Web server then you are not !!!. Your router will pick up all the details required from your REAL ISP. You dont need to "setup" anything if using the default "Obtain Automatically" settings.

When you said isp I thought you were being short for internet service provider. I meant that I install fiber optic internet for Att. thought you were saying I was having an issue from them.

1443425 2017-12-16 00:05:00 OK, so you know that the network is OK as you get good numbers from your phone and other PC.
That leaves either a hardware fault or software issue on your new PC as the cause.
Do you think you could try booting a live Linux CD or USB and test with that?
That way we can find out if the issue is software based.

1443426 2017-12-16 00:36:00 Something else you can try, ope a Command Prompt ( type cmd in search) then type in ping www.microsoft.com <press enter>

What do you get ?

You should get like this: A report with data sent and recieved. Its a basic test to see if data can be sent and recieved. ( only one of its functions)

1443428 2017-12-16 02:32:00 I reset the network stack it restarted I went and ate dinner now I have no picture with. I’m lost at this point. Resetting the network stack wont cause any problems with Graphics, it only effects the network connections.

The computer could have gone into sleep mode, OR could be downloading updates. If its a new install, there will be lots of upgrades to come through. Esp if its version 1703.

The latest version of Windows 10 is 1709.

The problems you are having could simply be a bad install, or updates going in. If its upgrading the OS it can take several hours, one I did a couple of days ago, took over 5 hours to upgrade, during that stage the screen was blank for approx an hour. Doing another right now, on a customers Laptop, 2 hours and still only part way through.

Do a controlled crash -- Push in the power Button and hold it in, this will force the computer to shut down in a semi controlled manner, try restarting it.

WARNING ---- If you do a controlled crash it can also cause system corruption, all depends on what its doing.
