For wordprocessing, email and surfing with XP or Linux - overkill. For Vista Ultimate, with all the bells and whistles turned on - probably barely capable, with just 2GB RAM (despite the CPU). |

But in general, Any PSU supplied in a case is low quality, No matter what the brand, all the cheap ones are a time bomb. There are of course exceptions, But only in high end cases. Factor in a quality PSU to any new build. |
