Hundreds of men (and a few women) get convicted of serious assault every year, and unless they get a prison sentence or home detention which precludes them from doing their job, they don't get fired. If there's charges to be brought, try him, and be done with it. It doesn't impinge on his ability as a sport broadcaster one bit. :2cents: |

The way I see it, he has saved the court a lot of time and bother, because in the end he has paid a higher price keeping this out of court, then what the courts could ever impose on him. |
