| 814404 | 2009-09-27 07:47:00 | Hi all. I've been trying to the Dell site all day with no luck - comes up "done" but shows a blank screen. I can surf elsewhere no problem but it strikes me as odd that such a major website should be down for so long. I'd appreciate it if someone could try surfing to the Dell NZ site and let know if they're successful. Thanks! |

| 814409 | 2009-09-27 10:15:00 | If you have XP go to: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc, open hosts with notepad, check and see if there is any entry like: 127.0.0.1 del.co.nz if there is, delete it, then save in Notepad, CAUTION, don't play around in this folder "etc" or in "hosts" you will regret it. |
