Roddy, comments like that are not helpful at all. If you have nothing to contribute to this forum, i suggest you take your snide remarks elsewhere.

686139 2008-07-09 05:52:00 If you can't upload a simple picture to imagef1, I'd advise against attempting to make a website tbh.

Thankyou for your helpful comment. PJ \/

Nope, the page needs to have a *. html extension e.g.: webpage.htm not: webpage.mht

686142 2008-07-09 08:33:00 OK I am obviously doing somethinhg wrong.

A thought tho. What I am trying to put on this Forum is a copy or image of a Website I have made as a Word document & is in My Documents. It is not something in My Pictures. Is this where I am going wrong? PJ

686143 2008-07-09 08:37:00 You can only upload files with these extensions to ImageF1: JPG, JPEG, PNG, TXT

If you have your Word document open on your screen, try taking a screenshot of it and saving that as a .jpg image. You can then upload this to ImageF1.

How to take a screenshot (www.imagef1.net.nz)

686144 2008-07-09 08:48:00 What you need to do PJ is in Word is when go to "Save as web page" instead of selecting "Single File Web Page" select "Web page" (*.htm,*.html)

Then upload the page to your web host :)

686146 2008-07-09 10:05:00 Hi PJ :)

Sorry about that, I have been helping a friend with his computer all afternoon so I was not thinking to explain it more.

I will try again :)

In Word when go to "Save as web page" www.imagef1.net.nz

Instead of selecting “Single File Web Page (*.mht; *.mhtml)" www.imagef1.net.nz

Drop the "Save as type" drop down box & select "Web page (*.htm,*.html)" www.imagef1.net.nz

Then upload the page to your web host :) or e-mail it to me (I think you have my e-mail address)

I Hope that’s better :), if not I will try again in the morning.
