His girlfriend he beat up on the other hand has facial injuries and broken bones. Is this not more important then a silly car chase? It appears they didn't report enough on that because no ones mentioned it. Hes ruined the lives of two families. One can be fixed while the other will last forever. |

For the supposition of having a car on hire purchase and it not being insured - unusual - The Hire Purchase company having a charge over the chatel, normally has a condition of the contract that the car is comprehensively insured. |
