I am sure it can't be too hard to put laws into place to stop them even forming in the first place. I think there might be a fine line between a Club and a Gang but I am sure some common sense would prevail when it comes to dealing with them. Gangs certainly serve no purpose in society. |

So the judge gave him home detention too. So instead of having to leave the house to do community work, his punishment has been escalated to staying at home. |

If one was too take all offences committed by the thugs into account, i.e. , drunk driving, theft of a motor vehicle, theft of personal belongings, and the worst of all attempted murder , one would think a stiffer sentence would have been passed, especial seen that this was not their first offence.
