Why the Govt can't put all these gangs out of business for good world wide is beyond me. I am sure it can't be too hard to put laws into place to stop them even forming in the first place.

I think there might be a fine line between a Club and a Gang but I am sure some common sense would prevail when it comes to dealing with them. Gangs certainly serve no purpose in society.

Like that guy who missed his community service sentence because he couldn't be bothered getting out of bed. So the judge gave him home detention too. So instead of having to leave the house to do community work, his punishment has been escalated to staying at home.

686580 2008-07-08 23:14:00 If the guv just put a plain old ban on gang affiliation then we could lock the lot up! Yay! Then set the prisons on fire with them in it! Yay! Everyone wins! rob_on_guitar (4196)
686581 2008-07-09 07:33:00 I am truly surprised by the lenient sentence posted by the Judge.

If one was too take all offences committed by the thugs into account, i.e. , drunk driving, theft of a motor vehicle, theft of personal belongings, and the worst of all attempted murder , one would think a stiffer sentence would have been passed, especial seen that this was not their first offence.

This sort of lenience does not portray societies expectations nor deter would be offenders.
