| 686416 | 2008-07-08 04:35:00 | Did you hear phill goff say yesterday it was illegal to employ gangs? gangs are legal in new zealand so i don't know how it would be illegal to employ them. does he mean employ them as a whole? because people could employ individuals from a gang instead of the whole gang. and i'm sure some people in gangs have normal jobs like labourers so are their employers breaking the law by employing them? goff was talking about this asian anti-crime group that want to employ a gang to protect them. |
