(Even on low voltage . ) The Americans are very passionate when it comes to their national day celebrating when they became an independent from Britain . Isn't it a pity that NZers do not celebrate the day when they became a nation, independent from Britain . Such a shame . The day passes almost unnoticed by all except the legal fraternity who often take the day off . While I have no objection to Waitangi Day, I do think that if we did not have the day off for Dominion Day, September 26th, it should at least be acknowledged . Who, in F1, has heard of Domnion Day?
