| 814522 | 2009-09-27 21:38:00 | Where can I buy just the connector piece for my power adaptor. The wire has broken off the existing sealed connector and I just want to wire another connector on. I know I could buy a universal adaptor and I will, as a last resort..... I have tried 'googling', jaycars, surplustronics etc but no luck. Anyone know where I can buy one? | CROSBY (15276) | ||
| 814523 | 2009-09-27 21:42:00 | Welcome to PressF1. Short of finding a faulty one off TradeMe or similar and joinig the cable, a universal PSU (or a replacement) is the only real option. You can get good 3rd party ones off TradeMe for around $40 - $50. What's the brand/model of notebook? |

| 814525 | 2009-09-28 07:27:00 | Jaycar will have the connector, their website is crap but their stocks are great. Just take it in and do a match, it will be a standard size. Pick up the printed catalogue while you are there, you are supposed to buy them, but if you ask nicely they'll probably give you one (can I have one of these please?). I haven't paid for one in years. Cheers Billy 8-{) They have great helicopters too, one day I'm going to rediscover my inner child and buy one. |
