| 687755 | 2008-07-11 01:34:00 | I bet $50, the culprit gets a sentence greater than any given for murder this year.....though for the life of me, I cant understand why a policemans life is worth anymore than anyone esle's.... Of course, my condolences to the policeman's family and friends. I personally think the bugger should be shot, along with most murderer's |

| 687758 | 2008-07-11 02:47:00 | I disagree with all of you. After all the cop was trying to kill the driver. After all it was only a case of car theft. Putting spikes on the road and wrecking the car without a thought about the driver's life should be a criminal offence. Did the policeman think anyone would stop and get led off to gaol jut because he was laying spikes on the road? He got what he deserved |

| 687760 | 2008-07-11 03:01:00 | After all it was only a case of car theft. Apparently not.....I hear charges of kidnapping are being investigated. Seems the passenger wasn't in the car willingly. This is only rumour thus far. But might explain the chase.... |

| 687763 | 2008-07-11 03:46:00 | Road spikes are supposed to deflate the tyres without causing the car to lose control. The spikes break off in the tyre and the air leaks out through a hole up the middle of the spike. | PaulD (232) | ||
