| 816009 | 2009-10-01 22:10:00 | I came across a problem at a client of mine: he uses windows xp and outlook express. All his new e-mail messages are delivered into his drafts folder (no kidding!) instead of his inbox :badpc:. I have no idea as to why and how resolve the problem, so any help is much appreciated . All other settings look fine to me and he can send and receive without any problems. | tritonium (15280) | ||
| 816010 | 2009-10-01 23:11:00 | The person hasn't got some sort of rule telling the mails to go to drafts have they ?? To check - open OE / tools / Message Rules - check in there. Or a work around, make a rule, and tell all new mail to go to inbox. |

| 816012 | 2009-10-02 03:21:00 | It possible the Folders.dbx file is damaged or corrupted; Sometimes can happen if too many or large files are archived within OE folders. Try system restore, else try to fix things via the maintenance tab in reference to the store folder.
