815692 2009-10-01 00:09:00 Oh, XP and that's it Mister (15201)
815693 2009-10-01 00:17:00 Would it be, because youre using 1600 ram (this is according to the ASUS site, for overclocking) with a 1333 FSB CPU?

The FSB is what you posted. Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 2.66 GHz, 1333MHz FSB <- this, Socket 775, Retail pack with fan

Ah, I see, and how should I go about changing this.

815695 2009-10-01 00:29:00 Set the RAM to 666.5mhz or 1333mhz, assuming you havn't overclocked the CPU
666.5 + 666.5 = 1333mhz

To get the best performance you want a 1:1 FSB : DRAM ratio.

According to GamerHUD lite, my Memory is set to 1000MHZ.

Nothing is overclocked, I also tried taking a Screen shot, but Print Scrn made my computer crash, twice....

Edit: Oh, That gamer HUD is my video card.. I don't know how to change my RAM

815697 2009-10-01 00:56:00 I could also do a system restore, because everything was working fine untill today, after attempting to install Ad-Aware.

But I also heard system restores don't remove viruses, just set the computer back or something.

815698 2009-10-01 01:04:00 Did you have a virus?? Actually system restore will stop it (if you disable it), before you remove the virus. Depending on WHAT you have / had (if you've got one), that maybe the cause of the crashing Speedy Gonzales (78)
