687413 2008-07-11 09:09:00 So how is it MS' problem if only ZA is broken? Personally I like it breaking ZA - ever since it did I have had over 30 calls from customers, remove ZA - told them how to fix it and 11 have arranged service calls "while they called and had me on the phone" = $$$$:banana wainuitech (129)

Free. Yeah fixing ZA was on the phone - easy, but as mentioned 11 people have been meaning to call, 2 additional memory, general service calls / clean outs etc, 1 wants a DVD writer installed, and 1 has asked for a upto date price so she can get the money out the bank for a new PC to replace the old one that's almost dead (from a quote given 4 months ago) - ZA breaking "prompted them" to call.
