| 815607 | 2009-10-02 04:29:00 | Does the C350 use account tracking or user authentication? If it does... the job will be sent to the printer but it won't print. You need to add any account tracking or user authentication details into the printer settings on the users machine... usually you only need the password. I had the same problem on a C353 and this was my issue, once I added the password everything worked fine. Give it a go and see what happens. Cheers, |

Even though EKCs are not used for printing in the office, I went into the control panel on the printer, and set it to no EKCs - it was on that already, but I set it again anyway and whammo! A page printed out. Nearly sh*t myself when it did!! That got that monkey off my back...oh the wasted time. I'd like to think that I should have checked that first, but no one else was having issues printing, just one PC. I do wonder if anyone else would have tried that earlier...trying to make myself look less of an idiot I guess! Cheers for the suggestions, guys |
