Not so sure about that Sweep - a good system shouldn't have a back door or be able to be cracked with a linux boot disk etc. :D

What they SHOULD have in place is a checks & balances system where one person can't gatekeep information like that - a more likely scenario was him being hit by a bus etc; they'd have no chance of getting the admin credentials out of him then!!
