Has anybody else had this problem?

816360 2009-10-03 06:13:00 That is a well known problem due to incompatible extensions. Try uninstalling the last add-on you installed or running Firefox in safe mode and see if that fixes it. Jen (38)
816361 2009-10-03 06:14:00 How do I switch to safe mode for firefox convair (13650)
816362 2009-10-03 06:15:00 Look under your start menu > all programs > Firefox for the safe mode option. Jen (38)
816363 2009-10-03 06:20:00 Can't get that (the safe mode) to show on the PC Im using convair (13650)
816364 2009-10-03 06:26:00 Why not?

Try entering the following line below into your "Run" box:

"%PROGRAMFILES%\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -safe-mode

It would be best to copy and paste it. Make sure you have closed Firefox before doing this.
