817845	2009-10-07 19:07:00	Morning all I have someone with Outloook Express 6 - the default printer (a Konica C350) is set to default as B&W printing, but when she prints from OE, it defaults back to colour...has anyone struck this before? I haven't dealt with Oe for years but i don't recall if this ever happened before. I've been through tools-options - there is nothing there, and also if I go to file-print it and check the properties, it shows the printer set to colour - as I say, in control panel-printers it's set to B&W by default. All other programs print default to B&W as they should. Cheers for any suggestions.	FAB (6923)
