| 817547 | 2009-10-06 20:10:00 | Not being a touch typist I generally type with two or three fingers which sometimes don't always hit the right keys lol. For sometime now there have been occurrences when I hit a key (and I don't know which one it is (although certainly not the intended one) and it starts of producing letters other than what the key is labelled irrespective of what key is subsequently hit. eg I end up getting a string of gobblegook akin to this sort of shambles - shmhlahla9en :) or whatever. The only way I have found to rectify the problem is to close down the application I am using and restart it. Has anyone come across this and found any other way to correct the problem (revert to the actual key typed) without shutting down the application and losing work? :thanks |
