| 690698 | 2008-07-22 02:59:00 | The two times I've had a problem with connecting, I've had to sort it out myself. I use a router, and Telstraclear refuse to help with routers. They make you delete your settings, and connect directly. |

Some of them it all relates to a simple fact, if its not written down in the " procedure" manuals they have to work through, they don't have the knowledge to figure out a problem. A few times when I have had problems with Microsoft's help desk activating legal product keys, the person has actually said they don't know the answer and will transfer me to someone who can help - and they have. |

Plus it would also be very bad from a PR point of view for Telstra. |
