691903 2008-07-25 09:12:00 Double wow! I won a prize when I worked for a bottle store group many years ago - the prize was an all-expenses paid trip to the Munich beerfest in... wait for it... 1983!

I wondered who that was drinking all those steins!!!!

691904 2008-07-25 09:42:00 Not only did I meet Bruce Buckman a few years ago by shear chance, I just discovered today that a man who is helping me (with some personal issues) is PressF1 contributor Pctek's father!

How cool is that.

Just don't get him talking about Southland Couriers. PJ

Yeah well of course, and there's nothing sexier than a woman who's good with tools and all, but I'm just saying ... I'm barely middle aged physically and certainly only an adolescent mentally.

691909 2008-07-25 20:20:00 When I was studying in college, I discovered one of the classmates was from a secondary school that I attended in Malaysia, of which is known by my friends over there.

(No wonder her cousin, who was studying in that secondary school, asked me once which part of NZ was I heading to)

Cheers :)

691910 2008-07-25 22:55:00 Nothing too major but:
While I was working at FCF, I discovered the head engineer was the son of this older couple I met during my mothers second wedding (about 5 or so years previous). His parents were really awesome too and I always remembered them.

Six degrees of seperation ...
